Randi Jo Haviland appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Minor in Possession by Consumption. The court entered a not-guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf. The court ordered the defendant to not consume alcohol or drugs or enter premises where alcohol is served.
