Moderate earthquake felt in SE Alaska

 


ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Seismologists say a moderate earthquake was felt throughout southeast Alaska.

The Alaska Earthquake Center says there are no immediate reports of damage from the 5.7 magnitude quake, which occurred at 3:58 a.m. Wednesday June 4.

The earthquake was centered 96 miles northwest of Juneau.
