Magistrate Judge Mike Jackson presided over an arraignment for Dylan Barger on a charge of Minor in Possession by Consumption. The defendant entered a plea of no contest and was sentenced to one year of probation, a $200 fine, evaluation by a substance abuse agency and other conditions.
