Paul Haisler appeared before Magistrate Judge Mary Kay Havens in an arraignment for charges of Assault in the 4th Degree and Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree. The court entered a Not Guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf and a public defender was appointed.
