Magistrate Judge Desiree Burrell presided over a Domestic Violence hearing for IraLee Galaktionoff, petitioner, and Jack Galaktionoff, respondent, where the petitioner asked for a modification of a court issued protective order. After hearing the petitioner's request to receive counseling with the respondent, the Protective Order, issued Oct. 20 was dissolved and the hearing set for Nov. 5 was vacated.
