Miranda Carr, die-hard "Frozen" fan, won this year's Sons of Norway "Frozen" Raffle Package which was held Dec. 21. The winners package contained: a "Frozen" themed lap quilt; the DVD; 2 "Frozen" pillowcases; and Olaf and Sven stuffed animals. All proceeds went to Sons of Norway Hall improvements.
