The Eric Corl Memorial Norske Softball Tourney saw four teams competing for the championship during Little Norway this year.

Harbor Bar's team defeated the Haakons 25-4 Saturday to claim the victory.

Mamie Nilsen, who played on the Petersburg Medical Center team and has run the tournament in the past, said it was named for Corl, who died in a plane crash in 2011, because he used to always play.

"He was a great player, always hitting home runs," she said.

It's also a lot of fun, she added.

Kito's Bar also participated in the tournament this year.
