Petersburg celebrated National Dance Day at Outlook Park on Saturday. Participants were led by Mitkof Dance Troupe teachers Caroline Crain and Kathleen Boggs. Dancers all across the country learned the same routine and posted a video of their rendition on youtube. April O'Niell produced the video for Petersburg's dancers.
