Viking runners finish strong at State

 


Petersburg cross country girls ended their season last weekend with a fourth place finish at State in Anchorage. The Vikings also had good individual showings from Tucker Hagerman and Nathaniel Lenhard, and head coach Tom Thompson could not have asked for a better finish to the season.

“Placing fourth at State was fantastic and we hope to do better next year even,” Thompson says. “I could write a book about how special every runner is.”
