October 23, 1915 – Louis Israelson returned on the Farragut Friday night of last week from Cape St. Elias, where he was employed during the summer as a carpenter in the building of the lighthouse at that point. Good progress was made in the work this season. The crews have been laid off for the winter, but a large force will return next spring, and it is expected to have the improvement completed next summer.
