December 11, 1915 – The water committee reported the system completed in the south end of town with the exception of connecting the main with residences; in the north end, two or three days' work for six men; also that a small amount of work is needed on the dam. The water mains, the report stated, are now in good shape to stand weather conditions. The committee also reported that Julius Tollefsen had resigned the position of foreman of the water system.
