Jennifer and John Hamilton appeared in court and Jennifer Arnce appeared telephonically before Magistrate Judge Desiree Burrell for an eviction notice hearing. Ms. Jennifer Hamilton had to prove she was the landlord and Arnce was required to prove 30 days proper notice was given. Arnce contested the eviction on the basis that her belongings were still at the residence. Arnce began renting the property in June 2010, but did not pay rent after August 2015. Arnce claimed medical issues were responsible for the unpaid rent, and she sent notice on Sept. 3, 2015 that she would be vacating....
