Participants drill aboard F/V Intangible in South Harbor last Friday. The participants learned proper techniques for fire fighting, getting in immersion suits, EPIRBS and man overboard. Jensen says most man overboard deaths happen on calm days on the water because crews simply are not prepared to react and communicate as a team.
