Travelling storytellers

A troupe of artists and other storytellers are traveling through Southeast Alaska and Petersburg was their fourth stop on their tour as they share their work, which addresses climate change. Tlingit language culture bearer Heather Powell (front right) and students led attendees in a Tlingit chant Monday evening. The group met with locals Tuesday evening at the Petersburg Public library to discuss climate change and its perceived changes to the region.
