Justin Falter appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell for an arraignment. Falter is charged with three counts of minor offense regarding three violations of conditions of release. Falter was arrested and taken into custody on a petition to revoke probation. Bail was set at $1,000 with a third party custodian.
