Lepasi Makaio and Marcia Collins appeared before Magistrate Judge Ellis. Makaio was granted a long-term stalking order.

December 20

Chase Martin appeared before Deputy Magistrate Boggs for a remand hearing. Martin had a warrant for arrest issued after not reporting to jail in Wrangell. Martin was ordered to serve 20 days in jail.

December 21

Chase Martin appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell for arraignment. Martin was charged with contempt of court for failing to report to jail. The court entered a not guilty plea on Martin’s behalf. A calendar call is set for Feb. 21.<...
