The Elks Students of the Month gathered for a dinner Monday evening celebrating their achievements. Each month September through April a boy and a girl are chosen by a group of their peers based on their academic achievements and activities then Students of the Year are voted on from this group. The names are engraved on a plaque that hangs in the hall of the High School. This year's Students of the Year were Brandon Ware and Erin Pfundt. The event is sponsored by the Elks, Emblem Club and Trading Union.
