Ragnarök Rollers lose to Boom Town Roller Derby

The Petersburg Ragnarök Rollers lost their second match of the season 104-155 against Boom Town Roller Derby on Saturday in Wasilla.

"I think we surprised ourselves a little bit in this game," said Petersburg Ragnarök Rollers Captain Alice Williams. "I think we were anticipating that they would beat us by quite a bit more points."

In the first half of the game, Boom Town Roller Derby was behind because they were making jammer penalties that put Petersburg in a position to score points; however, Boom Town was able to pull ahead by halftime. According to Williams, lead changes happen freq...
