Lady Vikings split in games against Miss Chiefs

The Petersburg girls varsity basketball team travelled to Metlakatla where they lost their first game of the weekend, but won their second game after a spike in the Lady Vikings’ energy.

“I thought that we played well, especially on Saturday,” said Coach Dino Brock. “I liked our energy. I thought that we competed. We always talk about getting better every week, and I thought that was a good push for us.”
