Mayor P. Jorgensen has received copies of the Petersburg Bonding Bill. The bill provides that the Town shall have the power to issue bonds in the sum of $75,000 for the purposes of constructing a school house and a municipal power and light plant. It provides that a special election shall be held to determine the wishes of the people on the question that the bonds shall be for 20 years, bearing interest, and that $50,000 shall be used for the power plant and $25,000 for the school house.
