Brian Varela / Petersburg Pilot

Terri Swanson won first place in the 2019 Oktoberfest Quilt Show with her quilt, Portage Lake. It was completed in January of this year. Swanson also won second place with her quilt, Fall Breeze, which was completed in July 2019. Anne Volk's quilt, Garden Party, took the third place slot. Volk's quilt was completed last Thursday.
