A jury found Andrew Whitethorn guilty of DUI, not guilty of assault and not guilty of criminal mischief. The defendant was sentenced to 30 days, with 24 suspended, $1,500 fine, probation for one year, pay cost of imprisonment, license revoked for 90 days, use an IID for 6 months and complete an ASAP program in Petersburg.
