Ferry situation a disgrace

The article on the AMHS receiving $10M in U.S. Virus recovery funds is a cover-up. You cannot blame the problems of the ferry system on the virus. The blame lies with the incompetence of the governor, the legislature, and the DOT.

When was the last time that Petersburg and Wrangell had ferry service?
