Dear Senator Murkowski,

You may recall my question at your rally at the Sons of Norway hall in Petersburg some time ago. I questioned the wisdom of drafting legislation that would transfer ownership of large tracts of land divided along racial and ethnic lines without consultation with professionals who have studied these matters in depth.
