The Petersburg Volunteer Fire Department and EMS Instructor Josh Rathmann (far right) welcomed Mark Testoni, Caleb Tower, Sam Turcott, Andrew Simmonds (EMT-I), Evelyn Anderson and Linda Kayser to the EMS Branch after they completed the 40-hour Emergency Trauma Technician (ETT) class over three weeks which certified them to respond to and treat patients in a medical emergency.
