Wrangell Borough purchase of old mill property delayed by lien against owner


WRANGELL ­– Closing on the boroughs $2.6 million purchase of the 39-acre former sawmill property at 6 Mile has been delayed until June 20, Borough Manager Jeff Good said June 1, the day the sale was supposed to close.

The sale is delayed until the seller can resolve a contractor lien on the property.
