Educational systems are vital infrastructure

I appreciated Dave Ellis’ letter you printed a few issues ago. Dave’s letters have always caused me to pause and think. For what it’s worth, what I’m thinking about now is ongoing discussions about payouts from our Alaska Permanent Fund.
