An officer spoke with a citizen regarding domestic violence.

Officers assisted with a residential inspection on Mitkof Highway.

Property lost on Howkan Street was reported to the PPD.

PPD received a report of a possibly abandoned vehicle in the Middle Harbor parking lot.

PPD received a parking complaint on Haugen Drive. The owner later moved the vehicle.

A protective order was served.

An officer responded to a report of a reckless all terrain vehicle (ATV) driver on South 5th Street.

A driver on Mitkof Highway was issued a warning for speeding.

An officer conducted an extra patrol downtown.

June 8 – An officer assisted Emergency Medical Services (EMS) on Sandy Beach Road.

June 9 – Officers conducted extra patrols downtown.

A driver on Mitkof Highway was issued a warning for basic speed.

An officer conducted a welfare check on an individual on Mitkof Highway and found all okay.

PPD received a report of a domestic protective order violation.

Found property was turned in to the PPD.

An officer assisted EMS on Galveston Street.

An officer responded to a report of a dangerous driver on Fram Street and North 3rd and spoke with the driver.

Property found on Birch Street was turned in to the PPD.

An officer conducted an extra patrol at the ballfields.

A citizen on Wrangell Avenue reported receiving harassing text messages.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious activity on Birch Street.

An officer assisted a citizen at the drive down dock to the Petersburg Medical Center (PMC).

An officer responded to a report of suspicious activity on Surf Street but found no signs of criminal activity.

June 10 – An officer responded to a disturbance on Haugen Drive and parties were separated.

Steven Vitela was issued a citation for driving without a valid operator’s license.

A driver on South Nordic Drive was issued warnings for reckless driving, an expired registration and failure to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.

A driver on South Nordic Drive was issued warnings for speed, failure to display registration and failure to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.

A driver on Haugen Drive was issued a warning for failure to stop at a stop sign.

PPD received a report of a domestic protective order violation.

June 11 – An officer conducted extra patrols downtown.

Property found on Fram Street was returned to its owner.

An officer conducted a civil standby on South Nordic Drive.

PPD received a report that a deer was struck and injured by a motor vehicle on South Mitkof. Alaska Wildlife Troopers (AWT) were notified and responded.

June 12 – An officer responded to a report of a dangerous driver on South Nordic Drive but was unable to locate the described vehicle.

PPD received a report that an item was lost on Mitkof Highway.

PPD received a report of a vessel adrift in the Wrangell Narrows. It was assisted to safety by another vessel.

PPD received a report of harassment.

June 13 – An officer conducted extra patrols downtown.

An officer conducted a welfare check on an individual and found all okay.

PPD received a report of two dogs at large on Ira II Street. They were returned to their owner.

PPD received a report of abandoned vehicles on Dock Street.

An officer responded to a disturbance on South 3rd Street.

PPD received a report that a driver on South Nordic Drive was failing to dim their front facing lights.

A driver on Chief John Lott Street was issued a warning for headlight requirements.

An officer assisted EMS on Wrangell Avenue.
