Superior Court Judge Katherine Lybrand presided over the bail review hearing in State of Alaska v. David Estes. Bail was granted in part, with conditions set to include $1,000 performance bond, Pretrial Enforcement ordered, electronic monitoring with 24/7 house arrest, and all other previously imposed conditions of release remaining the same.
