Volunteer Matt Bryner and the Borough PMP&L crews with their bucket truck strung lights last week on the town's tree which will be lit during the customary Parade of Lights and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony this Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Public Works crews found this tree about 2.5 miles down Dry Straits Road off Three Lakes Loop Road. The Forest Service approved the selection, and Public Works used the boom truck, when cutting it, to pick it up and carefully transport it to town.
