Island Refrigeration LLC is seeking to purchase the outlined parcel, near Dock Street and South Nordic Drive, next to the larger lot he is also buying from the borough.
The Petersburg Borough will enter into negotiations directly with Island Refrigeration LLC for the sale of borough-owned tidelands, the assembly decided Monday.
