Newlywed Salvation Army officers arrive in Petersburg

Petersburg welcomes two new Salvation Army officers this month. Lieutenant Joe Duran and Captain Ashley Duran, married just weeks ago, have taken up residence above the Salvation Army Petersburg Corps Center at First and Fram Streets and are eager to get to know the community.
