An application by Dave Ohmer to purchase two borough-owned lots and develop them into rental duplexes came before the Petersburg Borough Assembly on Monday evening, after being unanimously recommended for approval by the Planning Commission earlier this month.
The application needed four votes to be approved. Assembly Member Rob Schwartz and Mayor Mark Jensen were absent from the meeting.
Assembly Members Bob Lynn, Jeigh Stanton Gregor and James Valentine voted in favor of the land sale.
