The Right Reverend Mark Lattime, Episcopal Bishop of Alaska, was in Petersburg last Friday to hold the final service at St. Andrew's church on the corner of Excel and Third Streets, familiar to many as the longtime home of the Mitkof Dance Troupe, a non-profit dance program for children from pre-school through high school.
