Last season, the Petersburg High School Vikings fell just short of a state berth, losing to the Metlakatla Chiefs. Despite the loss, throughout the season, the team was able to improve deploying their motion offense, despite the struggles for the majority of the season. This year, the team hopes to be able to limit mistakes from the get go when running their offense.
