A U.S. Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crashed near Sitka during a routine training flight on Monday morning, with the four crew members aboard rescued and brought to Mount Edgecumbe Medical Center, according to officials. The term “take” legally means to harass, harm, pursue, hunt, shoot, wound, kill, trap, capture or collect, or to attempt to engage in any such conduct.
