Trident Seafoods reported last Friday it was “entering the final stages of closing deals for three of its Alaska shoreside plants,” including its operations in Ketchikan and Petersburg. On Wednesday, Trident announced that an agreement has been reached “in principle” for Silver Bay Seafoods to acquire the Trident processing plant in Ketchikan.
