    February 1, 1918 The Juneau Dispatch of Jan. 23, states that Captain Madsen had arrived in Juneau that day, with the information that A. Hansen of Petersburg has been missing since December 21. Hansen experienced some engine trouble near Cape Fanshaw and lost his small boat early in December.
