Russ A. Johnston was arraigned in Trial Court on charges of criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. Johnston entered a plea of no contest. Accepting the plea Magistrate Desi Burrell ordered Johnston to 20 days in jail, with 20 days suspended, a fine of $500, with $350 suspended and other fees totally $100.
