June 14 — Kenneth Kvernvik was arraigned before Magistrate Judge Burrell on charges of DUI and Refusal to allow breath test. The defendant entered a Not Guilty plea and was released O.R. with conditions.
June 18 – Katie Jo Edfelt appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Violating Conditions of Release. She was released O.R. if the bail amount was lowered and she was ordered to contact PMHS for evaluation after release.
