Dec. 30 – The court revoked probation for Juan Carlos Gallardo, charged with driving without a license. A judgment of guilt was entered and the defendant was sentenced to a $150 fine and a $20 surcharge.

Robert Brooks appeared in a felony first hearing on charges of assault in the 3rd degree, assault in the 4th degree and criminal mischief in the 5th degree. The defendant entered a not guilty plea on the misdemeanor charges and was released on $1500 cash performance bond with conditions.
