Last week, the Pilot reported that Parks and Rec. and the Petersburg School District shared the cost of the boiler utilities and water usage in the aquatic center in a 70-30 split, with the district paying a majority of the bill. The Pilot obtained this information from Parks and Rec. Director Chandra Thornburg.
