Jan. 28 – Judge Carey sentenced Brina Dawn Compton on multiple charges. On misconduct involving a controlled substance in the 2nd the defendant was sentenced to 36-months in jail with 28 suspended (8-months to serve), placed on probation for 4 years and will pay $100 jail and $100 police surcharges. On each of two counts of violating conditions of release the defendant will serve 5 days, pay $100 police surcharge and $50 jail surcharge for each count.
