Jan. 15 – Bobby Douglas Egen was arraigned on charges of violating a domestic violence protective order. The defendant was released on a $500 performance bond and other conditions.

The bail hearing for Marsha Fernandez continued with the court expressing a desire to release Fernandez to a third party custodian. Judge Carey noted Lemon Creek Correctional facility is not where she needs to be. The court later released Fernandez to a third party custodian and ordered her to not depart Juneau without written permission from the court.
