Aug. 3 – Benjamin Berkley, Jr. was arraigned on charges of trapping out of season. The defendant entered a no contest plea and was fined $500 with $250 suspended, a $20 surcharge and the traps were forfeited to the State.
Michael E. Nissell was arraigned on charges of violating conditions of release. The defendant entered a not guilty plea and was released O.R. with conditions.
