Judge Marianna C. Carpeneti presided over the Juneau Trial Courts in the change of plea proceeding for Adrian Morales. The defendant pleaded guilty to Assault 3 - Cause Fear of Injury with Weapon (Class C Felony), Harassment 1 - Offensive Contact with Fluids (Class A Misdemeanor), DUI - Operating Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs (Class A Misdemeanor), and Assault 3 - Repeat Threat of Death/Injury (Class A Misdemeanor). Sentencing is scheduled via Zoom for September 28, unless parties file an objection.
