In the Superior Court at Petersburg, Magistrate Judge Rachel Newport presided over a felony first appearance for Cristian Gallardo Gomez. A not guilty plea was entered by the court on behalf of the defendant on the charges of Burglary 1, Assault 3, Assault 4, Criminal Mischief 4 and Criminal Mischief 5.
