In the Superior Court at Petersburg, Superior Court Judge Katherine Lybrand presided over a status hearing in State of Alaska v. Jonathan Mazzella. The prosecution asked for court ordered 90 day treatment, stating that once the defendant completed inpatient treatment they would look at a change of plea. A status hearing was set for November 28.
