    MV Columbia was traveling through the Wrangell Narrows Sunday when its wake caused a nearby skiff to capsize. "All indications support that this was a random freak thing," said United States Coast Guard Public Affairs Specialist Melissa McKenzie. "There was no specific cause for it."
