On July 9, Juneau based Alaska State Troopers received a report of a vehicle that off of the roadway in Angoon. A State Trooper and Village Public Safety Officer responded and contacted the driver, Alan Zuboff, age 58 of Angoon. Alan was observed to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
